This soulful retreat initiates with a New Moon in Scorpio with themes of inner transformation and regeneration at the deepest level of being.
Just as a caterpillar becomes a butterfly by releasing everything in the stage of the chrysalis, so too must the human soul learn to let go, release and renew.
Following the new moon, there is a cyclical shift into the Sagittarius Season that awakens the power to break through the chrysalis, to rise from the ashes, and emerge as a whole new being.
In this Metamorphosis Retreat, we will journey through the stages of the butterfly with the alchemical practices of yoga: breath, asana, mantra, mudra, meditation and deep soul reflection.
Sianna will share stories, rituals and Tantric teachings from the yogic tradition to support your transformation.
There will be daily yoga practice, journeys with nature, and ceremonial connection.
